Inspired by the rolling waves and Castle ruin and cliffs/caves surrounding these waves reaching out to the horizon. This painting is full of texture and variety of colour by lots of paint application (oils). It took me a long time because of the medium used, build up of layers and the waves needed to be as realistic as possible.
